Job Requirements

• - Minimum of 3 years of driving experience
• - Ability to navigate using GPS and mobile dispatch apps via smartphone
• - Current CPR/First Aid Certification (or complete upon hire)
• - Valid Virginia driver's license and clean DMV report
• - Clean background check and drug (Zero Tolerance Policy) screening
• - Excellent people skills with high Emotional intelligence
• - Ability to lift up to 150 pounds and maneuver in confined spaces
• - Ability to work independently and efficiently
• - Commitment to providing exceptional service
• - Relevant experience in senior care, healthcare, and/or transportation
