We're a small Virginia-based team — drivers, dispatchers, and the people who keep the schedule straight — and to us a ride is never just getting someone from point A to point B. It's showing up for people during some of the most important moments of their day: a doctor's appointment, a treatment, a ride back home.
So we sweat the details — clean, well-kept vehicles, clear communication, and being on time — not because a policy says so, but because the person waiting on the curb is usually a neighbor, and often someone we know by name.
What makes OMR different isn't the fleet or the technology — it's the people behind them: a crew that takes ownership, looks out for one another, and tries to do right by every rider, every single day. Because to us, every ride matters.
